Can you believe it? The year is half over already!!! What happened??!!!
The good news is that since I started CrossFit in January, my level of fitness and physical conditioning has increased markedly. I will never go back to traditonal weightlifting or training. CrossFit is the best overall fitness program I have found (for me, at least)!!

For time:
40 KB clean squat press
Run 200 meters
30 KB clean squat press
Run 400 meters
20 KB clean squat press
Run 800 meters
Time: approximately 17 minutes

We are training in the YMCA soccer field this week as the Y is doing their annual "maintenance" - new carpet, resurfacing the basketball court, etc.
