Saturday morning’s workout: For time: 12 Thrusters 9 Thrusters 6 Thrusters Time: Share and Enjoy: This evening’s workout was a “mini,” or lighter, version of the King Kong workout – a workout for only the more mentally unbalanced among us. The Mini King Kong is: 3 Rounds (or sets), for time: 12 Body Weight Deadlifts …at least that’s what I was thinking while going through the workout this morning, which was As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 minutes: 8 rounds completed Wall balls kill me…I find them very hard to do.
