The Hopper Workout

This morning’s workout was a random assortment of exercises chosen from the “Jug ‘o Pain” – a 5-gallon water bottle filled with ping pong balls that have one exercise written on them. So, even Tim doesn’t know the workout until he draws three balls from the Jug.
