1 @ 115lbs

1 @ 135lbs

I tried 140lbs, but couldn’t do it. What a difference 5lbs makes!! Next time for sure!!

“Fight Gone Bad”

Today workout is called “Fight Gone Bad.” Where they get these names, I don’t know.

The goal is to count 1 point for every rep (calories on the rowing machine) and total up the score, which will then be used as a baseline for future “Fights.”

Fight gone bad goes like this:

I used two 35lb kettlbells. You can also use dumbbells in place of kettlebells.

“2 Minute Defense”

5 rounds of:
1 power clean
3 cleans
2 push jerks
Sprint 200 feet

Rest 2 minutes and repeat

Weight used: 105lb barbell

Time: 12:45 (including the 2-minute rest)
Not bad!!!
