12kg (26.5lbs) kettlebell thrusters(same movement as barbell thrusters, but hold one kettlebell in each hand)

Today I ran the Bolder Boulder 10K, an annual Memorial Day event here. It’s the world’s largest largest 10K (according to the Rocky Mountain News article here), with 54,040 registered participants this year, and 48,955 who actually finished.
