Friday’s WOD was pretty simple and not too strenuous (as CrossFit workouts go).
We started with push presses. Five sets of 3 reps:

I actually did better than I thought considering I haven’t worked out in 2 weeks. My upper back between my shoulder blades is kind of sore though.
