As noted here before, Saturday’s workouts are not pre-determined. They are chosen at random from the (in)famous Jug ‘o Pain – a 5-gallon water bottle filled with ping pong balls, each of which has one exercise written on it.

Rowing is fun…

….sort of.

Today Flatirons CrossFit is competing with MBS CrossFit in rowing 100,000 meters for time. That’s 61.2 miles for the metrically challenged. The 6:00AM class each rowed 5000 meters in 1000 meter sets.
