Nasty Girls

This NOT what you think! It’s only the name of the workout. It is a bad workout…

And is quite hard as prescribed:

3 rounds for time of:
50 squats
7 muscle-ups
10 hang power cleans 135/85#

However, I had to take it down a bit:

50 squats
21 Pull ups
21 Push ups (using parallet bars)
10 hang power cleans 115#

Time:
17:07

I could do muscle ups [...]
