Run 1 mile
Two minutes of each (no breaks between sets):
24kg (53lbs) kettlebell swings
12kg (26.5lbs) kettlebell thrusters(same movement as barbell thrusters, but hold one kettlebell in each hand)
20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders(for every skip, the rope swings 2x under your feet)
