<p>Am I sore from yesterday's workout!! All those pullups and situps and squats and pushups!! It's enough to make me want to go back to step aerobics class!!</p>
<p>This morning's workout was no easier. There is no name for it. Maybe I'll call it, "Near Death Experience, 9/25/08."</p>

<p>Can you believe it? The year is half over already!!! What happened??!!!</p>
<p>The good news is that since I started CrossFit in January, my level of fitness and physical conditioning has increased markedly. I will never go back to traditonal weightlifting or training. CrossFit is the best overall fitness program I have found (for me, at least)!!</p>
