Am I sore from yesterday’s workout!! All those pullups and situps and squats and pushups!! It’s enough to make me want to go back to step aerobics class!!
This morning’s workout was no easier. There is no name for it. Maybe I’ll call it, “Near Death Experience, 9/25/08.”
