CrossFitters like to say that “Our warmup is your workout.” This morning’s warmup was a perfect example of this.
Tabata warmup
8 rounds of 20 seconds of as many reps as you can manage then 10 seconds rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.

200,000 ft lbs of work
Work in 2 man teams and complete 200,000 ft lbs of work using any combinations of functional movement.
I’m not sure how Tim came up with the calculation as there are various methods.
