As noted here before, Saturday’s workouts are not pre-determined. They are chosen at random from the (in)famous Jug ‘o Pain – a 5-gallon water bottle filled with ping pong balls, each of which has one exercise written on it.

50 Pullups, 75 Burpees, 100 KB Snatches, and Running 1000 Meters…

…all of which makes for a perfect Near Death Experience!! This was a real killer of a workout.

5 rounds for time of:
10 pull-ups
15 burpees
20 kettlebell snatches, 10 each arm (24kb/53lbs)
Run 200 meters

It’s Kettlebell Day: 225 Snatches + 126 C&J

Today was the Kettlebell Challenge: In separate events, do as many snatches and clean and jerks as you can in 10 minutes. Those were the longest 20 minutes of my life (so far).
