Workout of the Day – September 16, 2008

This morning’s workout was easier said than done, of course.

First, warmups:
21 Turkish getups
50 air squats

WOD:
21-15-9 reps of:
Double kettlebell push jerk (using two 35lb kettlebells)
Box jumps 24″
Pull-ups

My time:
10:21

Sounds easy, doesn’t it? The pullups are always hard for me for some reason. My arms feel like they are about to fall off!!
