Round 1
30 wall ball (20# medicine ball)
50 walking lunges
21 hang cleans (95# barbell)

Round 2
20 wall ball
40 walking lunges
15 hang cleans

Round 3
15 wall ball
30 walking lunges
9 hang cleans

Time:
17:08

Kettlebell Snatches and Hang Squat Cleans…

Workout of the day:

5 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters (Total 200 meters)
20 kettelbell snatches each arm 16kg (Total 100 snatches each arm)
10 hang cleans 75# (Total 50)

Results:
24kg KB for the 1st round
16kg KB for rounds 2 – 5 (I switched to thte lesser weight when I realized I had to to do 100 snatches [...]
