<p>Take, for example, the Workout of the Day:</p>
<p>21-15-9 reps for time of:
Kettlebell snatch 24/16kg
Burpees</p>
<p>45 reps total for each.</p>
<p>I use a 24kg (56lb) kettlebell. </p>
<p>Looks simple, right? It is. </p>
<p>It also looks pretty easy. </p>
<p>Easy - NOT!</p>
