I haven’t posted in a while, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been idle! I’ve done an Oly lifting competition, and several WODs. I’ve been crazy busy and haven’t had time to post. So, my hope is to start posting again on a more (or less) regular basis.

Do one clean and Jerk every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.
Stay with one weight (started at 125lbs, but quickly reduced to 115lbs).
