I Hate #&%@* Turkish Getups!!

I have to be honest: I hate turkish getups. I find them very difficult to do after about the first two or three. My arms just lose strength and give out. My shoulder and arms feel so weak and tired. I feel so sore for days afterward. But, you know what that means? It means I just have to get better at them. Work through the difficulty and pain. So much of success in CrossFit is your mental attitude. As Henry Ford said, "If you think you can, or think you can't, you're right." CrossFit is not only great physical training, but great mental training as well.

My goal is to be able to do them with loaded barbells!!
