Russian Squat Challenge & WOD

Today’s Russian squat challenge was 6×5 @ 185lbs. I almost didn’t do the WOD as my butt was feeling rather sore. But, after some peer pressure, I relented and did the WOD

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Burpees
KB swings 24/16kg
Box jumps 20″

Our warmup is your workout: Back Squats followed by Deadlifts and Burpees

There’s a saying in CrossFit:

“Our warmup is your workout.”

Today’s warmup workout is a prime example of this:

8 sets of back squats, adding weight each set:
Number of reps:
