This is a new workout (to me at least). I have enough experience with CrossFit to know this would take about 30 minutes or so.
The Broomstick Mile
So-called because an empty Olympic bar is used. Not exactly a broomstick, but this is CrossFit!
Using an empty 45lb Olympic bar
25 back squats
25 front squats
25 overhead squats
Run 400 meters
25 overhead [...]
Back Squat- 8-6-4-3-3-3-3-3 Ring Dips- 5-5-5-5-5 5 rounds for time: Up and back Kirby sprint 15 Med. Ball Push-Ball (push press instead of full squat) 20/12# 10 burpee
