The Broomstick Mile

This is a new workout (to me at least). I have enough experience with CrossFit to know this would take about 30 minutes or so.

The Broomstick Mile
So-called because an empty Olympic bar is used. Not exactly a broomstick, but this is CrossFit!

Using an empty 45lb Olympic bar
25 back squats
25 front squats
25 overhead squats
Run 400 meters
25 overhead [...]

New PR: Squat @ 255lbs plus 75 power snatches

This was the last day of the Russian Squat Routine:

1 rep @ 105%

My previous 1RM was 230lbs. Today I did 255lbs!! Woo hoo!
