“Angie”

“Angie” is another CrossFit workout with a female name. don’t let this fool you, though! It looks simple, but it’s not easy.

Warmup:

100 Kettlebell swings (2-handed)
20 Turkish getups
Row 250 meters

“Angie”
For time:
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 air squats

Time: 22:17
