“Angie”

“Angie” is another CrossFit workout with a female name. don’t let this fool you, though! It looks simple, but it’s not easy.

Warmup:

100 Kettlebell swings (2-handed)
20 Turkish getups
Row 250 meters

“Angie”
For time:
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 air squats

Time: 22:17

We did this in 10 sets of 10 reps. There was no way any of us could do 100 of anything [...]

“The Bear”

“The Bear” is appropriately named. It’s a barbell complex which is difficult in itself. But multiply that by 35 sets with increasing weight every 7 sets, and you’ve got yourself a “bear” of a workout!!

15 ring dips
30 air squats
20 medicine ball cleans
