I’m a little behind, so there will be 2 posts today.

The WOD for Wed June 18th was:

“2 Minute Defense”

5 rounds of:
1 power clean
3 cleans
2 push jerks
Sprint 200 feet

Rest 2 minutes and repeat

Weight used: 105lb barbell

Time: 12:45 (including the 2-minute rest)
Not bad!!!
