I took a few days off because my shoulders and traps were feeling very sore from last week's lifting. I also went innertubing on Boulder Creek Sunday and kind of banged up my legs and knees - not too badly, but they sure were sore Monday!! But I'm back!!
This morning's Workout of the Day:
5 rounds for time of:
1 snatch/ 5 overhead squats
1 snatch/ 5 overhead squats
15 pullups

Totals:
10 snatches
50 overhead squats
75 pullups
My form on the overhead squats and snatches is getting incrementally better because I've been doing some shoulder stretches. I still have a long way to go, though.
