Deadlifts, cleans and presses are fine for anyone to do as long as your form is good and you don’t go to heavy too fast. One just has to be aware of your injuries or limitations. And there’s not a thing wrong with the box jump.
dead lifts and clean and presses are not for everyone, it’s easy to fk up your back like that, and setting a height on the box to jump on is ridiculous
It’s a different exercise for a different set of muscles. It’s like saying someone is cheating themselves doing backsquats instead of using the sled or vice versa.

Everything looks alright except for the pull ups, they were cheating themselves big time, they were using momentum to pull up instead of their own muscle strenght, do it right and condition your body that way if you cant finish the first time, you keep build up till you can, and it will feel so much better knowing you finished it honestly rather, “yes I got it done, im cool.” Anyway good job and stay healthy.

i hope u know the marines is basicly the special forces branch of the navy. the marines do everything taht the navy does and when the navy personal go to pack it up the marines do there training and most the stuff u say is BS u wouldnt last 10 seconds witht he marines and if it is as easy as u say than why dont u join them?
dude you’re talking about the navy… Marines warm up with navy workouts… before my bro joined the corps he could do maybe 40 pushups, by the time he was done with school of infantry he was doing 150 at a time, and thats nothing he said some guys in his platoon were doing 350 in one shot!
I have a friend who is with the navy, I Imagine he undergoes similar military type training.
I outperform him in every way other than pure strength.
and even thats only because I dont aim for big muscles, my type of training is for actual performence.. not just lifting 800 lbs a couple then calling it a day because im tired due to having ZERO conditioning.
I last longer, and get more done quicker, just in smaller amounts at a time.
My work outs would make most of those guys puke.

The pullups were done correctly. Once again it’s called a kipping pullup (CrossFit default) not a dead hang pullup.
