3 rounds for time of:
15 deadlifts 135#
25 Pull ups
35 wallball shots 20#
Time: 12:10
This went by quickly as I did jumping pullups instead of regular ones. My injured my left elbow and shoulder in previous workouts.

Thoughts:
I'm 50 years old, and will be 51 on July 30th. Because of CrossFit, I'm in the best shape of my life.
I started CrossFit in January of 2008. I thought I was in pretty good shape as I'd been doing weight and cardio training for about 10 years. But man-o-man was I wrong!!
Because of CrossFit, I'm in the best shape of my life. For example, last week, my PR deadlift was 320lbs, up from 305 just a couple of months before. While I love CrossFit, I can't recommend it to everyone because it takes a high amount of dedication to increasing and maintaining your level of physical fitness. Each CrossFit workout is intense. It's HARD! But, to me, it's worth it.
