CROSS FIT TRAINING

TRY THIS BEFORE YOU COMMENT! These guys seem to be having a race, they do what I have been told is called a Fran routine with both kiping pullups and squat thrusts w/ 135 pounds, but this is something you have to see to believe. The pullups are not cheating TRY IT they are really hard to do, but the squats are equally as difficult if not more so... plus no rest... this is truely amazing.. TRY IT BEFORE YOU COMMENT!
