There is supposed to be a difference, parkour is getting from point a to point b no matter what but free running is the same thing with more tricks… just repeating what I’ve been told.

I think that Parkour is, like he said, getting from point A to B, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of effort, such us jumping from one building to another instead of walking and climbing stairs, while Freerun is when you do parkour having fun or maybe to entertain people making exotix movements.

Back to the subject anyway. No frontflip is not really a part of Parkour/Freerunning, its a trick! or could even be considered as gymnastics. But is widely practiced by people who do Parkour/Freerunning.

I consider that Freerunning is Parkour with moves as Frontflip, while Frontflip isnt a Parkour move. You cant call other people idiots just because they dont think the same as you.
