Friday's WOD was pretty simple and not too strenuous (as CrossFit workouts go).
We started with push presses. Five sets of 3 reps:
3 @ 95lbs
3 @ 95lbs
3 @ 105lbs
3 @ 115lbs
3 @ 115lbs
Then running, one of my favorite (not!) activities.
