8 Sets of: 3 Clean & Jerks in 3 Minutes

Last time I did this workout, I lifted 125lbs. Deciding to up the ante, I went for 135lbs. to my surprise, it didn't seem as heavy as I had expected. Next time - heavier!

3 clean and jerk every 3:00 for 8 rounds.
Choose one weight and stay with it all 8 rounds.
