Burpees are evil. There's no doubt about it. Just ask anyone who's ever done one - or rather, a bunch of them. As in today's workout.

21-15-9 reps for time:

Round 1:
21 Burpees
21 Kettlebell swings 24 kg/53lbs
21 Box jumps 20"

Round 2
15 Burpees
15 Kettlebell swings 24 kg/53lbs
15 Box jumps 20"

Round 3
9 Burpees
9 Kettlebell swings 24 kg/53lbs
9 Box jumps 20"

Time:
6:47
