Squats: New PR of 220lbs

Noon's weightlifting workout was squats - that means going below parallel, which is very hard!

220lbs is a new PR for me.

Afterward we did a cool down workout of squats: 12-9-6 at 66% of our max. I did 145lbs. Thia is supposed to build up your strength.
