...literally. For some reason, I couldn't keep up a good pace today, getting tripped up with the jump rope every 5 or 10 reps. One more thing to work on!!
Workout of the day:
21 power cleans @ 115#
50 double unders (or 150 singles)
15 squat cleans @ 115#
75 double unders (225)
9 clean and jerk @ 115#
100 double unders (300)
115# BB - probably could have done 135#, but was too chicken. New Year's resolution - only do prescribed weight no matter how long it takes. I may even have to take a whole day off work in order to finish a workout...
No double unders for me. Jumping rope trips me up every time (literally!). It slowed me down, way down.
