December's Challenge
It's on!!! We are going to do the workout for this month's challenge from CrossFit Verve. Here's the workout:
300 pull-ups
400 push-ups
500 sit-ups
600 squats
Work will be done by 4 man teams
Only 2 people may work at one time

My group consisted of myself, James, Betsy, and Todd. We Started with push ups, taking turns doing 5 push ups at a time between the four of us. We paired off on sit ups, doing 10 at a time to 250 per pair. Pull ups were next. These are my big weakness and we took a long time to complete them. I tried doing 5 at a time. James is also not very strong at these. Squats were 20 at a time, each pair having 300 each. Todd and I finished our 300 a bit early, so Todd did an extra 10 to help out. Way to go Todd!
Our final time was 30:19. The winning team was 24:50. They're not even human.
