As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air squats
This is an endurance workout. It seems easy at first, but quickly starts wearing you down. But you just have to keep on pushing through to the end. That's what makes CrossFit as much mental development as physical. If you believe you can do it, you can.
So I completed 17 rounds, a 25% improvement over the last time I did this in March! I did only 13 rounds back then.
