It’s only 45 reps…

When you think about it, 45 reps is not much. Someone in good shape can knock out 45 push ups or sit ups in a minute or two. But CrossFit doesn't work that way. When you see 45 reps in CrossFit, you're mind starts thinking, "Uh oh. What am I in for today?"

The kettlebell snatch is done with both arms - one side at a time, so it's not really 45 reps, but 90. When done with a 24kg (53lb) kettlebell, it's a killer workout. But it's 45 burpees, which is enough for me. Does anyone like burpees? Even a little bit?
