A deceptively hard workout…

This mornings' workout of the day:

Start with 5 reps, add 5 reps each round for 15 minutes of:
Box jumps (24 inch box) - see video below
SDHP (sumo deadlift high pull) - see video below
Double unders (substitute tuck jumps) - see video below

I worked my way up to 25 reps + 17 box jumps when time ran out. That's a total of 75 reps each.

This was one of those where you say, "That looks easy!" HA! It might be easy at first, but when the reps start accumulating and you start running out of breath and your muscles are telling maybe it's time to quit, then you start thinking, "It's only 15 minutes..." But it's the longest 15 minutes of your life. Then all of a sudden it's over and what you thought would never end has ended.
