Tim says I'm slowing down - my time this morning was 2 minutes slower than the last time I did this workout. I won't dispute that. There are probably 2 reasons for my slowing down: 1) I wanted to continue to focus on proper deadlift form. So that slowed me down. 2) I've been feeling sore and kind of tired lately. I don't know what it is. I've been reading the book "Paleo Diet." Maybe I need a change in my eating habits.
